2023年1月3日,由湖北省建筑設(shè)計(jì)院(牽頭方)、威廉規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)(武漢)有限公司(成員方)攜手,與武漢源政教育咨詢有限公司簽訂深鴻潤(rùn)國(guó)際文化科技城廠房改造項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)合同。

On January 3, 2023, Hubei Provincial Architectural Design Institute (the leading party) and William Planning and Design (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (the member party) signed a design contract with Wuhan Yuanzheng Education Consulting Co., Ltd. for the plant renovation project of Shenzhen Hongrun International Culture and Technology City.

項(xiàng)目位于武漢市蔡甸區(qū),為改造項(xiàng)目,改造區(qū)域總用地面積約42 畝,30994平方米。項(xiàng)目擬對(duì)深鴻潤(rùn)國(guó)際文化科技城廠房用地范圍內(nèi)已建成的廠房建筑及所在區(qū)域的場(chǎng)地設(shè)施、景觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行整體改造設(shè)計(jì),使其成為一所現(xiàn)代化、高水準(zhǔn)的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校。

Base is located in Caidian District, Wuhan City. This project is a renovation project. The total area of the renovation area is about 42 mu, 30994 square meters. The project plans to transform and design the completed plant buildings and the site facilities and landscape environment of the area within the scope of the plant land of Shenzhen Hongrun International Culture and Technology City, so as to make it a modern and high-level secondary vocational school.

廠區(qū)現(xiàn)狀

從現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研情況來(lái)看,要想將閑置工廠轉(zhuǎn)變成藝術(shù)職校,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)如下矛盾:第一,校園入口與工業(yè)園區(qū)入口流線混合在一起不利于校園形象的展示和后期校園管理;第二,現(xiàn)有建筑立面風(fēng)格較為沉悶,不符合校園朝氣蓬勃的風(fēng)貌,不利于校園文化氛圍的營(yíng)造;第三,現(xiàn)有樓棟之間較為獨(dú)立割裂,建筑之間缺乏聯(lián)系性,與現(xiàn)代教育建筑流線組織理念違背;第四,現(xiàn)有建筑之間的間距較近可作為室外運(yùn)動(dòng)的體育場(chǎng)地空間嚴(yán)重不足。

From the perspective of the current situation, if we want to transform the idle factory into an art vocational school, we find the following contradictions: First, the campus entrance and the industrial park entrance streamline mix together is not conducive to the campus image display and later campus management; Second, the facade style of the existing buildings is relatively dull, which does not conform to the vigorous style of the campus and is not conducive to the construction of the campus cultural atmosphere; Third, the existing buildings are relatively separate and lack of connectivity between them, which is contrary to the streamline organization concept of modern educational buildings; Fourth, the space between the existing buildings is too close to be used as outdoor sports venues.

首先,我們將現(xiàn)狀廠房根據(jù)教學(xué)需求,依據(jù)動(dòng)靜分區(qū)的原則使各項(xiàng)功能各得其所。項(xiàng)目改造完成后,規(guī)劃將設(shè)置教學(xué)綜合樓、交流平臺(tái)、報(bào)告廳、活動(dòng)中心、食堂、宿舍等功能。

First ,according to the teaching demand and the principle of dynamic and dynamic zoning, we make each function in its proper place. After the completion of the project transformation, it is planned to set up teaching complex building, communication platform, lecture hall, activity center, canteen, dormitory and other functions.

立面處理上,設(shè)計(jì)方案通過“多彩書本”的立面表達(dá),跳出工業(yè)園區(qū)的灰暗氛圍,體現(xiàn)藝術(shù)職業(yè)教育特點(diǎn)。

In terms of facade treatment, the design scheme is expressed through the facade of "colorful books", which jumps out of the gray atmosphere of the industrial park and reflects the characteristics of art vocational education.

空間處理上,通過景觀空間、建筑圍合空間的打造,在禮序文化傳承上處理空間節(jié)奏變化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)氣息向藝術(shù)學(xué)院氣息的轉(zhuǎn)變。

在教育活動(dòng)空間處理上,設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)造出了更多的共享空間,如室外景觀階梯劇場(chǎng),讓學(xué)生可以感受到學(xué)習(xí)自主與自由。設(shè)計(jì)力求以”界”到”無(wú)界”為出發(fā)點(diǎn),營(yíng)造無(wú)處不在的課堂。通過對(duì)空間的充分利用,創(chuàng)造出多維立體的學(xué)習(xí)、生活和互動(dòng)空間,打造隨處是課堂的“泛課堂”。

室外景觀階梯劇場(chǎng)

方案實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間多元,功能靈活的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),讓整個(gè)園區(qū)成為了課堂,開闊了項(xiàng)目格局。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀建筑柱網(wǎng),將底部改為架空層,設(shè)置300m跑道以及其他運(yùn)動(dòng)空間。

The plan realizes the design goal of multiple spaces and flexible functions, making the whole park a classroom and broadening the project pattern. In combination with the current building column grid, the design changes the bottom into an overhead floor, and sets up a 300m runway and other sports space.

多元化的架空運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地

為了解決學(xué)生活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地先天不足的問題,方案設(shè)計(jì)架空步道,使得活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所增加的同時(shí),強(qiáng)化了各教學(xué)功能區(qū)的聯(lián)系。

In order to solve the problem of congenital deficiency of students' activity space, the project designs an aerial walkway, which makes the activity space increase and strengthens the connection of each teaching function area.

可創(chuàng)造更多流動(dòng)空間的連廊

該項(xiàng)目將在2023年初開工,計(jì)劃2024年招生投入使用。我們希望通過該項(xiàng)目的落成,不僅解決的是存量閑置廠區(qū)再利用的問題,更是希望通過我們的設(shè)計(jì),給城市原本寂靜的區(qū)域帶來(lái)更多的色彩和活力。

Construction will begin in early 2023 and the project is scheduled to open in 2024. We hope that through the completion of this project, we can not only solve the problem of recycling idle factory, but also bring more color and vitality to the originally quiet area of the city through our design.
